About Paul

Paul has raced in a great many different motorsport disciplines, ranging from single seat “formula” cars, through to a range of sports / GT cars, including Ferraris and Ginettas.

Nowadays, you’ll see Paul racing in selected rounds of the Britcar Endurance Championship and the Fun Cup Championship, and he is currently considering an entry into British GT.

A great raconteur, Paul tells a cracking story, over a pint, about a Formula Ford 2000 race some years ago; a number of competitors, Paul included, assumed that the new guy must be cheating as his car was so much faster. They soon came to realise that Ayrton Senna wasn’t cheating – he was just blindingly quick!
